Special Book Post

 I read a book called “Who Was Charles Darwin?” Even as a child, he explored and took advantage of his surroundings. Charles did not want to live in school. His life was hard and difficult. His mother died when he was 10, but he still managed to have a successful career. His father originally wanted him to become a doctor, but he took a different path after going on a five-year journey on a boat. He learned many things about nature and the things around him on this journey. Darwin also made many friends along the way. Then he worked toward becoming a scientist and he published his views.  He published many books and soon he became very famous and popular. People now believe his theories, but sometimes it is controversial. He came up with the theory of evolution and natural selection. We will never forget the amazing Charles Darwin. 3 of his children all died, but he still went on, and he's now still very famous and people still read his books. This book is amazing, and I learned that Charles never was afraid to ask questions. I advise reading the whole Who Was series.
